For this year, the Town Car receives few changes. Its base model that has no name is now called "Executive Series" version.

For 1999, Lincoln Town Car is offered as a 4-door sedan that seats maximum of six persons. It is being motorized by a 4.6-liter V8 engine that displaces 210 horsepower and is teamed with 4-speed automatic. True to its heritage, it is still available as a rear wheel drive version which is built on a 117.4 inches wheelbase. It has an overall length of 218.9 inches, a curb weight of 4, 035 lbs. and cargo capacity of 22.3 cubic feet. The 1999 Lincoln Town Car boasts of its safety features that include anti-lock braking system, driver airbags and passenger airbags. In addition, this vehicle features many enticing options positioned either on the car's interior or exterior part. These options include as dual exhausts, traction control, power sunroof, theft deterrent system, leather seats and AM/FM radio with CD.
